Delays & Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for postal delays once your package leaves our hands. If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office first.

However, we want you to love your soap. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
